Expectations and Conduct

Mission Statement

At Major Impact Track Club, our mission is to empower young athletes to reach their full potential-on the track, in the classroom, and in life. We are committed to developing speed, strength, discipline, and character through elite-level coaching and holistic training. By fostering a positive, supportive environment, we prepare student-athletes for competitive success and long-term achievement, including opportunities at the collegiate level. Our goal is to build confident, resilient leaders who make a major impact in their communities and beyond.

Vision

We envision a world where every young athlete-regardless of background-has access to high-quality training, mentorship, and the tools needed to succeed. Major Impact Track Club strives to be a national model for youth athletic development-where character, confidence, and commitment are as celebrated as medals and records.

Core Values

Excellence- We pursue athletic and personal excellence in everything we do, pushing every athlete to reach their highest potential through hard work, consistency, and focus.

Integrity- We lead with honesty, sportsmanship, and respect-on and off the track.
Discipline- We believe success is built on structure, accountability, and the willingness to show up and grow-on good days and tough ones.
Education- We champion academic achievement and actively support our athletes in pursuing higher education, including collegiate athletic opportunities.
Community- We build a culture of support, encouragement, and family-where every athlete feels seen, valued, and uplifted.

Our Mindset

We invest in athletes who may not start with the most natural talent but possess the heart, dedication, and passion to grow. Our coaching focuses on igniting that passion, maximizing their potential, and developing them into the best version of themselves. We believe in balancing the Triple A’s—Attitude, Academics, and Athletics—while fostering positivity, trust in the process, and the tenacity to push through the peaks and valleys of training.
